What is a Pre-Book order? A Pre-Book is an order that needs to be confirmed by phone or email. The phone or email will confirm date, time and items selected for your event.

How would I know when my order is confirmed? Once the phone call or email has been confirmed, an invoice is sent for deposit and final payment details.

Is a deposit needed to make a Pre-Book? No, a deposit will be requested once your order is confirmed.

Will I receive the Date I selected on my Pre-Book? No, by completing the Pre-Book form it tells us the date you’re requesting. We will contact you to confirm the date.

Are tastings available before using our services? Yes, tastings are available for certain items, pricing starts around $30 for ingredients.

Is delivery and setup included? Yes, if you have a minimum ordering fee of $300.

How will I make the payments? Once confirmation is receive through phone or email. A link will be sent via email to pay for services.

What forms of payments are accepted? All major credit or debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.

When is the deposit due for my order? A deposit is required for all orders, and it is due two weeks prior to your event date. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the preparations to make your event extra special.

Can I make changes to my order after the deposit is paid? We understand that circumstances may change, and we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes to your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee modifications due to the nature of our products being purchased and the preparations involved. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments to your order.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my order? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for canceled orders. As a small business, we rely on advanced planning and preparations for each order. Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, we allocate resources and begin the necessary arrangements to fulfill your request.
